Stuff the Cloud.

Round 26: (Sc, dec)x 8. (16 sts)
Round 27: (Dec)x 8. (8 sts)

Fasten off, leaving a long tail. Using a tapestry needle, thread the yarn tail through each st of the last round and pull to close. Hide the yarn end inside the Cloud.

BOW

Ch 6.
Row 1: Skip 1 ch, st sc 5, turn. (5 sts)
Rows 2-3 (2 rows): ch1 (does not count as a st), sc 5, turn. (5 sts)

Cut the yarn and fasten off. Weave in the ends.

EMBROIDERING THE SMILE

Using the black cotton yarn, embroider the smile. Use sewing pins to mark the points where you want to embroider.

Mark the two end points of the smile, one at Round 12 and the other at Round 15. Sew a stitch between these points, but do not pull tightly so you can create a curve.

Make 1 small stitch over the middle of the previous stitch, at Round 14, to secure it in a curved shape.

SHAPING AND ATTACHING THE BOW

Use the black cotton yarn to shape the bow by wrapping it around the center of the bow, securing it with a knot.

Attach the bow above the cloud’s right eye.
