ASSEMBLY
ATTACHING THE WINGS
Pin the Wings between Rounds 22 and 30 of the Body. Sew the Wings on the Body using each yarn tail. Secure the yarn tails then hide the ends in the Body.
EMBROIDERING THE SMILE AND EYEBROWS
Using the CC (Pitch Black), embroider the smile and eyebrows. Use sewing pins to mark the points where you want to embroider (see photos below and on the next page).
For each eyebrow, mark the upper point above the center of the eye, and mark the lower point 3 sts down and 3 rounds over from the upper point. Sew a stitch between these two points.
For the smile, mark the two end points, 4 sts apart, then sew a stitch between these points, but do not pull tightly so you can create a curve. Make 2 small sts over the previous stitch to secure it in a curved shape.
